RSSDell Launches Blog, Gets Criticized

Dell this week took the wraps off its official company Web log, called "one2one." The site is intended to give a personal face to the world's largest computer maker, and address issues that are of concern for Dell's customers. But some bloggers are already voicing complaints.
Pundit Steve Rubel said "the Dell blog reads like a corporate brochure," and attacked the company for not engaging in "genuine conversation" with the community. Dell digital media manager Lionel Menchaca responded to the criticism, saying the computer maker will keep working to get it right. "We’re excited to be here, and we welcome your ideas," he said.
these guys should add a technical support by users because their support stinks!!! it would benefit the company tremendously!!!

|What? I was not spamming. The conversation had to do with Poker and Blogging . . . someone even said "blogger poker". My post was on topic and at least in my eyes somewhat funny.
In referring to free speech I was talking about the fact that the poster above me mentioned he'd like to have a poker blog but that would be a felony in the state he lives in.
It sucks I have to defend myself, especially since I was pointed to this site by someone who linked to it in another forum!
