I love Thunderbird, but I will never understand why, if they will allow auto-config of a Gmail account, you can't import a gmail address book without spending half an hour fiddling with the address book fields to get it imported correctly!!!
For two companies that push standards compliance so much this area is something that really needs reviewing!
Still love the product though.
1.0 (Sep 14, 2005)
As far as a technology preview goes, it's pretty average. As far as a functional piece of software goes...
Did I say functional? I was day dreaming of my new lounge suite...
4.1.7 Beta (Oct 25, 2004)
4.1.7 beta has HUGE interface and speed improvements, won't be going back to Kazaa Lite unless I get desperate.
0.2 (Oct 3, 2002)
Mozilla on a weight-loss program + a whole different bunch of noggins getting together to make it work.
Phoenix 0.1 bumped Mozilla 1.2a down to #2 and IE compeltely off the list, Phoenix 0.2 has wiped the board clean and now stands alone! I know, I'm just raving about it and hardly reviewing it, but I honestly don't know what to say other than "wow", and "it might have taken a long time coming, but damn is it worth it!"
Phoenix Rocks!
99b Beta v.3.19 Build #2569 (Dec 23, 1999)
If you like ICQ, pretty damn good chance you'll like it's latest revision. OK, so it's getting heavier, and more resource hungry, but it canes the crap out of 99b. I love it, but then, I've been using ICQ right from the start.
99b Beta v.3.19 Build #2569 (Dec 3, 2007 - 7:25 PM)
Because it gives them a larger number than if the multiply by 2, and initial testing showed no change when their figures were multiplied by 1. They're waiting on confirmation.

yeah... big woop...
99b Beta v.3.19 Build #2569 (Jul 25, 2007 - 7:59 AM)
Has anyone asked Yahoo! how long they keep search data for?
99b Beta v.3.19 Build #2569 (Jul 9, 2007 - 6:04 PM)
Great, so they cover the UK and North America in great detail. That's 99% of the world taken care of. Good work!

It means none of those things, it simply means Google have acquired another company. I imagine this will bring more back end security to cover the holes that prevent the vast majority of companies who use MS suites from using online applications in their corporate environments.
I don't see it happening, but I'm not exactly a Google visionary.
