v24 RC6.2 (Jan 17, 2008)
This is excellent firmware. People who give DD-WRT a low rating because they are comparing it to another product are being short-sighted. DD-WRT deserves a 5 rating, just as Tomato would get a 5 from me if it were on BetaNews/FileForum.
This is rating a particular product, not skewing ratings because you prefer one over another.

Great player, just not a fan of this:

Gomplayer digital rights management is a proven platform to protect and securely deliver content for playback on a computer, portable device, or network device. Jammerdelray,
I apologize for calling the 1.71 version of the program amateurish. Next time I will be sure to use my teleporter that takes me into the future to evaluate applications that do not exist before commenting on one again.
As for the new version of Xfire, the skin is much nicer and warrants a slightly higher rating. The rest remains mostly the same. Feature creep only ends up making the program more bloated. I never wanted game patching, advertisements, voip, screenshots, etc etc. I wanted the old Xfire that used little resources and let me chat among friends from outside or within a game.
1.7 Build 3170 RC4 (Jul 6, 2007)
I would have once given µTorrent a 5, but after the BitTorrent buyout, I no longer trust the application. It is very sad to say, because µTorrent was once the ultimate client.
I recommend using Azureus 2.5, as 3/Vuze is nothing but an Azureus skin that adds significant bloat to the application. Azureus is Open Source, so you can be sure that Big Brother isn't spying on you. While many of you may still trust this client, I think it is time to say goodbye to the old king and move on.
Taken from the sticky FAQ on the µTorrent forums, this is why I will no longer use the client:
Q: What are the terms of the acquisition?
A: We are not disclosing details of the transaction.
Q: How will uTorrent’s technology be integrated with the current BitTorrent client?
A: Although uTorrent is lightweight, it is missing the patented innovations BitTorrent has made at the protocol level. It is also lacking an implementation for Mac and Linux. We will improve uTorrent in these arenas.
Q: What will happen to uTorrent’s employees? Will Ludwig Strigeus become a part of the BitTorrent team?
A: Ludvig Strigeus will serve as a technical consultant.
Q: Will the uTorrent code base be released into the open source?
A: The uTorrent code base will remain closed source.

I don't really understand the facination with passing any Acid test to prove which is the better browser. So, say you get 100/100 on Acid3. Great! Now your browser will work with the 5% of websites that are coded this perfectly. I don't really care about passing tests, as long as a browser is fast, secure, and renders every page I visit the way it should be.
Since so few people conform to the standards that these browsers try so hard to pass, why does it matter so much?
