40000 is a good size. I just finished an emergency management ASP website for the state of virginia. 10 months, 1 developer, 92,000 lines of code. ;)

Enabling people to share files illegally violates the copyright. There has never been a dispute over this, as everyone knows that trading MP3's is copyright infringement. The reason Napster is allowed to continue to operate is the fact that our constitution doesn't presently cover this sort of Copyright infringement.
I am not saying the company who stole Napster's logo is right in saying so. I merely said that Napster is perpetrating a hypocrisy by suing over copyright infringement. Remind me if I'm wrong, but aren't they being sued for the very same thing?

Sounds like Napster doesn't like a taste of their own medicine. I personally think if they make a big deal about this, they'll lose their support overall. Hypocrisy at its best, I should say.
All comes down to one word: Greed.

Yes indeed, per capita is quite correct. It is very silly to compare the per captia ratio for a country as large as the USA to one so much smaller population wise as Canada.
