    3.0.0 Beta 2 (Oct 16, 2006)

The beta did not delete my settings, it is all still stored in the directory, just reinstall the old version over it.

Oops, they took the Control Panel out! Ok, someone found the link later on, that's better.

  3. Review - Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

    1.01 Patch (Aug 9, 2005)

I don't care for the Hot Coffee patch, keeping girlfriends are already extremly annoying as it is and it looks like this patch actually fixes some annoying bugs.

Loose a minigame with computerized ugly nude women to actually fix problems in the game? Fine with me.

Sure they made a mistake for leaving the minigame in, but the game itself it great and now they are actually trying to fix the problems.

  4. Review - Aim 6.0 Ad Hack

    4.11 (Aug 6, 2005)

I like AIM because most people use it and it works good, but it is so full of crap. This removed the annoying pics and the pop up windows that it had which now got me to use AIM again.

There could be a option to remove the sounds, but that doesn't lower the score cause its easy to delete them.

  5. Review - Winamp 5 Full

    RC 666 (Dec 12, 2003)

OK I think I'll stay to Winamp5 rc8 instead of this, don't know what they did. Basically this is just a upgrade of 2.91, I think it uses the same amount of memory, but looks better in certain places. Only 1 thing I don't like: it doesn't read long id3v1 tags.

  6. Comment - SanDisk Debuts 8GB Flash MP3 Player

    RC 666 (Aug 21, 2006 - 3:19 PM)

When a portable flash player and recorder comes out for about $200 with a mic and line input and sensitivity control that records to FLAC or at least WAV then I'll get a portable device. Until the newest Hi-MD comes down in price, I doubt it will happen.

  7. Comment - MS Flight Simulator X Trial Released

    RC 666 (Aug 12, 2006 - 12:07 AM)

Demo says it will take 15 gig, but that must be for the full product, the demo only takes a little over 1 gig after install.

Thanks, I'm gonna try it right now.

  9. Comment - Adobe Buys Macromedia for $3.4 Billion

    RC 666 (Apr 18, 2005 - 9:15 PM)

I don't care who owns flash, the only thing its good for is those crazy videos people make. Menus, popups, and banners are annoying. The music or sound effects they make are annoying. Since there is no way to turn those crappy sounds off, I just don't have it installed with Firefox, I use internet explorer if a site absolutly needs the plugin for some menu. If Firefox had a way to block sounds and servers with flash (like it can block picture servers) then I'd install it.

  10. Comment - AOL Launches AIM Video Ads

    RC 666 (Oct 14, 2004 - 11:29 PM)

Use a older version, unistall viewpoint and use deadaim or middle_man. No ads, no annoying crap.
