I tried to download it but their system never did send me the email verification.
Oh well....it will probably break most of my programs and system drivers anyway.

Yea. But it's NOT the purview of the Federal Government to dictate laws within the States. Unless, of course, you think the Federal Government has unlimited authority to do anything they well please.

This is a prime example of the Federal Government overstepping its Constitutional boundaries found in the 10th Amendment and Article1, Section 8 of the Constitution.
If the 10th Amendment is dead, just because those in Government choose to ignore it, then ALL Amendments are equally dead.

Correction
It's the South Carolina Attorney General. Your headline says "North Carolina".
Not that the N.C. Attorney General is any smarter, btw.

Too bad so many people don't see this man for who he really was.
A man fighting to destroy our Country with a one-world government.
A man that said "Pat Robertson has written in a book a few years ago that we should have a world government, but only when the Messiah arrives. He wrote, literally, any attempt to achieve world order before that time must be the work of the devil. Well, join me. I'm glad to sit here at the right hand of Satan."

Cronkite, admittedly, worked at the right hand of Satan. Where do you suppose he is now?
