    It's too bad that Apple is having such problems with this device right now but I think it can be expected.

    It was a huge launch and with the size of this type of launch you're going to always have a few problems. Soon they'll have everything sorted out and everybody will be back to hounding MS for all their problems.

    I work out in some really harsh environments where there is a lot of dust because everything is so dry. Sometimes the temperatures reach 45 plus degrees celsius in the shade - with the sun beating down on you it is well over 50!

    I've always been interested in more durable electronic devices that can stand up to these conditions and one of the ways is to get rid of buttons and open places where dust can get inside of the electronics.

    It's good to see that someone is working on these types of electronics.

    If you're not locked into an outrageous contract maybe the Instinct is the way to go.

    Cellular providers (and now cellular makers) should never lock in their customers - it's a terrible thing to do to those that are purchasing your equipment or service and it is an old technique and feels like you're getting screwed as a customer.

    Oh come on... Who really gives a rats butt about MMS when you're on a 3G or an Edge network?

    Just use email - we're talking year 2008!
