   How can people honestly be mad when a competitor shuts the door to their own product being used in ways they don't wish it to be used? Like it or not when you install iTunes you agree to a license to use it. If you're using anything other than an Apple created product to sync with it, you are breaking that agreement. What Palm did was just brazen. As much as I love Palm gear this was just stupid. Even if you can sync with iTunes (by way of concealing your true identity mind you) you don't splash it all over the place and wave the red flag at the bull. How moronic can one be?????

   No, as soon as MS is found guilty, they either:
   1) Keep on going if the fine is small enough
   or
   2) Finds another angle
