Sure It can be done in windows xp.
But what you all are missing out on is the reason this program exists:
"With Station Lock XP, current applications that are running are left running, while still keeping your system locked with security."
Music keeps playing, downloads keep downloading, background tasks keep running, etc, etc, etc...
I noticed there are so many whiners out there that see a program that does something that XP can do, and instantly discredit it without seeing it's alternate purposes or intentions for even being made!
1.5 Beta 1 (Sep 9, 2005)
Blah... I have tried and used Firefox for quite some time. I still don't see it being anything other than just a tad faster at viewing webpages. I had to install numerous plugins to even get it close to my favorite IE-Based broswer, Slimbrowser. Even at that, it still has too many annoyances with all the plugins. Sure, if u have a crappy computer or dial-up, FF may be for you. But I can't recommend this to anyone I know. All of my friends have switched back.
I had hoped to see goodness come from the new version... but not enough to swing me back.
0.60 (Sep 9, 2005)
I like this client alot. Fast, low-resources, stable. I have tried most clients, and aside from Azureus giving me the fatest downloads, this one of the better clients in terms of download speed.
However, I will stick with resource-hog Azureus because of its numerous features and BitComet's lack of ability to use more than one folder for incompleted/completed downloads. This unfortunately is my only reason for not using BC.
I do recommend that you try this proggy and see if it suits your needs though!
3.7 Beta (Aug 28, 2005)
Those Guys that don't like this (below) are just retards. Sure you can do this sort of thing without it, but it is so much nicer. This program does much more than that and is well worth installing if you are a heavy command prompt user.
Ending my rant short!
0.92.2.1 (Apr 10, 2005)
This player is not to be compared to WInamp or Foobar. It is a whole league of it's own. Notice the description 'Vanilla'. Meaning none of the overbloated features or over-resourced coding that those two use. This is a top-notch player that is only getting better and getting better at an amazing rate.

Well, I have to add... I orignally had AT&T service for about 2 years, almost 8 years ago. I switched to sprint and have been with them ever since. The whole time, I have had a second cellular number for my work phone. My sprint service has hands-down been better than my AT&T/Cingular/AT&T service ever was. I have dropped calls on my AT&T number, but my sprint number nearly ALWAYS has service, and the call quality is pin-drop clear. Now I know some poeple have clearly had bad experiences with Sprint, whether it be service coverage or lousy customer service, but it has gotten far better. Even Alltel was better than AT&T.

Let me know when Unchartered Drakes Fortune comes out, I wanna play it. Is that a sequel or something?
Until then.... I think I may just rent Uncharted Drakes Fortune... and then go back to my 360 6hrs later.
The smart will catch on.
