  1. Comment - Google Chrome 4: Yes, it's fast, but is it usable?

    (Nov 17, 2009 - 11:41 PM)

mjm and uh (godammit???) are morons.
Chrome is beta and is nowhere near any of the robust browsers out there.. the simple lack of plugins for the most basic things is glaringly obvious.
If you like it then go with it, but please don't try and argue that it is comparable to IE or FF... it is fast, but thats because it has no underlying support for anything,., its just a speedy lambo with no brakes or airbags.

I love the speed.. but too much missing to make this browser anything more than a test platform.
Long way to go and with the lack of add-ons/plug-ins, this one wont last or compete for robustness or security.
    Nice try though

  3. Comment - Why I chose Windows 7 over Snow Leopard (and you should, too)

    (Sep 25, 2009 - 6:26 PM)

LOL.. get over it. We have 3 macbooks that are now exclusively running W7... initialy dual-boot with Leotard, but all the users have agreed with productivity over looks (or old looks as it is).

  4. Comment - Adobe updates Photoshop CS4

Thats nice. What about the Application Data folder redirection debacle when using on workstations in an Active Directory windows domain?
Had to resort back toi 8.x until this problem is fixed in 9/CS4 for Acrobat.

Jeez!!! No wonder pirating is rampant!

What the crap?!?!?! Why do we have to buy those greedy MS incompetents their lamborghinis and summer mansions in Fiji?!?!

To make that much of a profit is criminal... transparency needs to be enforced in the U.S. as a lot of other countries are doing.
