  1. Review - do-Organizer

    3.0.8 (Sep 28, 2007)

I can't bring myself to give this a one - it held great promise and would be a world beater if it was finished. However, as others have noted it is buggy and apparently no longer supported. The developers closed down the support forums in mid-August (right after I purchased a licence) to "migrate to a different server" and they have never reappeared. E-mails, DSM, and comments to their blog are met with absolute, deafening silence, no updates or news have been released since June and they are not even responding to refund requests. My advice to anyone considering ANY GemX product is BUYER BEWARE - you will be paying for unsupported software.

  2. Review - Find and Run Robot

    1.13.01 (Mar 24, 2007)

This is an ACTIVELY developed application with development driven, in part, by its user base through dialog with its developer. It's lightning quick, light on resources, and non-intrusive.

  3. Review - Vista Start Menu

    2.1 (Mar 24, 2007)

This app has matured nicely. I'm using v.2.2 (Pro) and it is refined, very easy to use, and does what it says it will. It's developer, Dennis Nazarenko, is very approachable and open to both suggestions and criticisms. I've watched this evolve from 1.4 through the current version and the strides made have been huge. For those of you reading the comments relating to v.1.4, please note that the differences between 1.x and 2 are profound.

  4. Review - Directory Opus

    8.2.2.5 (Mar 24, 2007)

I've been using DOpus for years and would not want to live without it. I've tried (and even purchased in some cases) a number of its competitors but it is hands down best of breed.
