Just reporting in.
Thank you for all your wonderful info.
Went to my bank to fill out papers to hopefully, be reinbursed for my losses with SunRocket. Used a Visa Debit card. Not a clue if I will get any back. But doesn't hurt to ask!
With low funds was forced to go with Teleblend for now. Will look over all the other companies to figure what to do. But, think for now...will stick with Teleblend. Pay monthly. If a problem...will run real fast.
My run light has been green for the last couple of days. Wow! Just checked. Hot Dog!
My voicemail is up and running. Guessing your's is also!
Hope everyone has been able to solve their problems. Was sick to hear a person was billed twice for $199 in one year!
A lesson back to "can't assume anything"!
At least they gave us a few days. Would have been awful..if we had all gotten a dead phone one day! Guess this was a lesson in trust! We trusted them!

PS: Just noticed when retreiving my messages..the ladies voice says...."Welcome to SunRocket Voice Mail". My voice mail messages from SunRocket are still there! DAY JA VOO...

Hi all:
Just got off the phone with TeleBlend. Had to wait about an hour.
* The little gal said our voice mail should be active by this evening!
* I asked why was billed $14.95 instead of the $12.95, as advertised. Think she said some kind of taxes.
* She said will be billed $19.95 when my original plan expires. Will give me till May to figure out what I will do.
* But, if they don't get the voicemail working..will be changine soon.
* Do you also have the RUN light on your gizmo..blinking red? I asked her about that. She said..to unplug it for up to 5 minutes. Mine is still blinking red.
* I did ask her...if they were SunRocket. The anser was no..But, with using our same kizmo..and same number..plus, what others have mentioned...this blonde figures out..they must be in ca hoots! Will give them my faith and trust for now.
So happy I discovered this site. Great to hear other comments by many intelligent people.

Add me to the shocked group! We all fell off our chairs.
A gal pal referred me 2005. Was so excited. Bragged to my friends about the $199. phone bill a month! My youngest son was against it. "But, Mom, what if it goes out of business?" Thought never entered my mind! They would never do such a thing. Always wondered why no one I knew signed up with them. Now, so glad they didn't!
I am not rich. On a limited income. Noticed a few days ago..there was a problem. You also, must have spent most of the day..plugging in/our unplugging, as thought was my computer.
Stupid me! I called earlier that day. Received the message that they were not answering phone calls. I thought..they must be having a bad day. NEVER ENTERED MY MIND OUT OF BUSINESS.
Checked my mail late in the evening. What is sad..they sure didn't give us a warning. Was like..have to find another telephone company yesterday. I was on the $199, yearly plan, with 3 extra months. Was supposed to have run out May 07.
Really appreciate reading everyone's posts. I went ahead and signed up with the TeleBlend one, because of the reasonable price, and easy change over. No new equipment. Waiting an hour now..to speak with someone. Yes, agree...miss not having access to my voice mail. At least the phone works. Think maybe the decision for me to to just get a cell phone.
Looks like some big boys filled their empty pockets. Hope they can sleep at nights. What comes around goes around.
Well, I can't brag about SunRocket anymore!

Question. How can a business run without any phone support?
