  1. Review - Sunbelt Kerio Personal Firewall

    4.2.1.896 (Sep 30, 2005)

Absolutely unfortunately Kerio PF will come to an end this year. Kerio officially announced that development will stop and there will be no new versions after 12/31/2005.

    Too bad. Any good alternatives?

  2. Review - GetWebPics

    2.3 Beta 1 (Jul 3, 2005)

some people here you really got to wonder about their stupidness. this program is about mass-downloading large "series" of pictures. you don't do mass-right-click-save_as unless your brain operates at a pretty low level compared to the rest of us.

    unbelievable how stupid people are.

  3. Review - PGP Desktop for Windows

    9.0 Beta (Mar 11, 2005)

Umm... let me remind you guys (before you continue complaining) that PGP had always had a VPN and firewall with it before the product was sold by NAI. Not 8.x, but 6.x and I believe 7.x as well.

  4. Review - OpenOffice.org for Windows

    2.0 (Snapshot Build 1.9.m65) (Dec 16, 2004)

For being a office "suite" of programs it is missing a very important feature: where is open office's outlook?

  5. Review - Netscape Navigator for Windows

without having it tested yet, I really like the idea to have both rendering engines in the same browser and all it takes to switch is the press of a button. very good idea.

this piece of crap doesn't install if you have some of the most common virus scanners installed (including nod32, norton...).

  7. Comment - Apple Releases Multi-Button Mouse

    0.5.6 (Aug 3, 2005 - 4:18 AM)

Wait... Apple releases a mouse, one that has multiple buttons. And everybody is raving about it? Did I miss something? I mean... I've used multibutton mice for... hm... I think the first I had came with my Amiga back in 1984 or so. So what's the big news here?

it's NOT 60% of the internet traffic, it's 60% of email traffic, stupid. that difference may seem subtle to you, but let me tell you: it is a HUGE difference!

  10. Comment - Virginia Sentences Spammer to 9 Years

    0.5.6 (Nov 4, 2004 - 5:08 PM)

Hey, I mean, ok, spamming sucks and those spammers should get some sort of treatment. But putting someone into prison for 9 years (nine years!) because he sent out spam mails is insane. Sick. American. Dang I hope this country is coming to a rest one day.
