1. Comment - Mozilla Offers Alpha of Firefox 2.0

   I downloaded also and have easily gotten all but one of my extensions to work...
   No need to uninstall the old ext...Here are 2 ways...
   1) go to the ext's authors homepage, and install your ext. THIS TIME check the "override maxversion compatibility checking" button on left side of the installation window then install.
   2)if you are a bit more daring... on the authors home page, right click the extension, chose save link. Then go the saved directory and open the ".xpi" with winzip, winrar, 7zip..... look for and extract the "install.rdf" find the line that has the "maxVersion" statement and change the maxVersion from 1.5 to 2.x example 2.5+ then put it back into the ".xpi". Close winrar and open Bon Echo and drag -n- drop the .xpi to a blank area of an open web page and allow the install... then restart Bon Echo.... GOOD LUCK
