    Kind of pointless. Even the Standard MMC has more features. Pserv allows you to delete services and save custom setups. It also does drivers and a few other things. Keep working on Vista Tweak instead.

    This is a beta version so don't be so judgemental yet. PC Tools is a pretty good firewall and one of a few that work well in Vista and do well on leak tests. Make sure you have the settings adjusted properly. Enable protection against code injection if you want to be protected against malware and programs that phone home.

  4. Review - Rapid File Defragmentor

    NTREGOPT doesn't defrag files except the registry and it's main purpose is to defrag the registry hives *internally*. XP defrags the registry files automatically so they don't need to be defragged in the file system.

    This app can be useful if you only need to defrag one file and don't want to process the entire drive. Another similar free app is Power Defragmenter which uses the Sysinternals defrag program. http://www.excessive-software.eu.tt/
