10.01 Build 1844 Final (Nov 18, 2009)
Even chrome gets it and now supports extensions, heck even apple are planning on adding it to safari. Sorry opera, down even further in the usage statistics you go as you seem to think you know what is best for your users.

1.0 (Oct 27, 2009)
5/5 Just for MS making this available to users getting the royal screwjob by the EU. Good on you MS!
4.2.3 Beta (Oct 24, 2009)
I love winscp. It is the one FTP Client that just feels right. That said, I have a few minor issues I feel could be addressed:
1. Allowing for the F5 key to be used, windows convention, for refreshing a folder either local or remote.
2. There is no way to remove something from the queue that I have been able to devise.
3. The pause/suspend functionality does not work very well. I have been able to pause a transfer but never been able to restart it.
4. Auto-resume does not work. I have tried every possible configuration but it does not work. It simply overwrites every file which SUCKS when you are 250MB into a 300MB upload.
Other than that, I highly recommend this client. I would give this a 4.5/5 but there are no half star ratings so a 4/5 it is for now.

Where did they say they are going to backport to XP? With the advent of Windows 7, Microsoft has no more reasons to even consider backporting. Just because you choose to hold out on this old copy of Windows does not mean Microsoft should.
4.2.3 Beta (Nov 18, 2009 - 2:21 PM)
Well, when no one else really produces a cross-phone browser (not just one brand of phone), of course they are number one.
4.2.3 Beta (Nov 18, 2009 - 2:01 PM)
I believe this version: http://fileforum.betanew...or-Windows/1220379960/1 supports them. I am going to confirm when I get home. But around the web people are saying that they have them working, including adblock+
4.2.3 Beta (Nov 18, 2009 - 1:21 PM)
Opera is now one of 2 major browsers which does not support extensions. Chrome, as of a few days ago, now officially supports extensions. Safari, from the rumors, is in the works so that will soon leave opera, again, behind the power curve.

iPhone: "Hi, I am an iphone."
droid: "Hi, I am an android."
droid: "iPhone, How are your 100,000+ apps treating you?"
iPhone: *poot* "Just great, the latest fart application is fantastic"
droid: "Can we use google voice yet on you?"
iPhone: "Why would you want to when you can impress your friends with the latest fart app, or the latest $999.99 app that just displays I am rich in big shiny letters?"
droid: "I see your point. I guess those features make up for lack of real quality applications"
iPhone: "Damn skippy. Our users don't want GPS improvement applications or local area search tools that actually work. They want farts! *poot*"
droid: *facepalm*
