The subscription music is DRM'd, but most of the purchased music is 320 Kbps MP3. They still have a few albums that you can only purchase as WMA with DRM that only let you play it on three computers (I hate these stupid restrictions, but that's the RIAA for you) and burn it to CD.
Disclaimer: I am a very satisfied owner of a Zune 8Gb with a Zune Pass.

Copyright infringement? How is a game copyright infringement? If it was violating trademarks, I could understand, but I don't understand this.

Yeah, BSafe uses McAfee as well. I had to uninstall it on a client's machine because it was consistently using 80-90% of the CPU. But when I disabled McAfee, voila! Everything ran like normal after that.
My advice, avoid McAfee like the plague and go with Norton, which is the most hands-free security suite of the many suites that I've tried.

I have IE7Pro installed, and it pretty much adds the best features from Firefox. But try out the Firefox 3 betas first. Beta 5 runs lightning fast on my Vista laptop compared to IE7Pro.
