The slysoft team relentlessly keep pace with anything new that appears the protection front.
The program works SO well,i kinda forget it`s their.
It`s only when i put a DVD into my normal dvd player, and have to wade through all the crap, just to get the film.
Well worth the asking price.
2.0 Beta 4 (Dec 26, 2005)
An easy to use GUI frontend for DivX Encoding, pretty much everything their to get great DivX encodes.
Sure their are alternatives, avi.net being one of the more easier approaches to encoding.
I personally prefer the more hands-on approach of StaxRip or Gordian Knot, but thats my approach hence a rating of 4.

Still improving after all this time...
Great Player...Superb Visuals (milkdrop)..Easy to use...What else do you want?
Alpha Build 1612 (Jun 15, 2005)
Works great for me,file size prediction is spot on,and completed files looks awesome, runs faster than Xvid because of Heliums ability to SMP on my NCCH-DL (Dual Proc)
Only downside is you gotta pay for it,although $20 is reasonable enough for the speed increase i get.
6.6.0.3 (Dec 5, 2004)
Great piece of software, that only seems to get better, people b****ing about the large size of updates, should read the changelog, before deciding weather they need the update.
This software really does cater for the `new to burning` brigade with a really well thought wizard approach, but this can be bypassed totally ,if you are an experienced burner.
