   Well, google ads tend not to be flash, and are usually relevant to what you're reading.. plus do you not realise that more of the sites you read that have ads, need them to stay afloat? How would you feel if all these resources just vanished? (ps not just directed at you.. seems the attitude of most people!)

   (Not Vista but msn specific) I would love the ability for it to dock into various MS (and by all means non-ms) software such as Office, Visual Studio etc.. or even the sidebar if that becomes useful enough to leave hanging around :)
   
   Now we've got higer resolutions and more screen space I much prefer having everything seen at a glance rather than popups.
   
   ooh, and one more thing that people have probably said already... expanding the updates system to allow notices (even just a link) that any installed program has an update (even though ppl will complain about privacy!)

   Not keen on the idea, I'd rather see HUD-style information on the screen rather than having to look down at the keyboard all the time... it took years of practise to learn where the keys are without looking at them!
