AFAICT, any download from AVS4YOU.com is not freeware, but subscriptionware. All AVS4YOU software have in their EULA "You may: 1. Use one copy of AVS4YOU software or any of its components and all upgrades and updates on a single computer for any period for which you have purchased a subscription (typically 1 year or Unlimited)." The only AVS DVD Player that is freeware is downloaded from AVSMEDIA.com (http://www.avsmedia.com/DVDPlayer/). My rating is for that version.

I use FDM with Opera and oGet (http://my.opera.com/comm...ums/topic.dml?id=165365). It works just fine for me. The only site that doesn't work well is download.com, and that's due to an old Opera bug.

This is the best freeware download manager IMO. There is a FDM Lite version available on the download page (http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/download.htm) which may work better for some people. BTW, Build 704 is now available.
