  1. Comment - Why I chose Windows 7 over Snow Leopard (and you should, too)

    (Sep 18, 2009 - 1:41 AM)

I bought an broken mac mini from a friend, and while i figure what i have to do to get it fixed (I live in Brazil, Precisely in Goiânia, and no one told Apple that Brazil has other cities that São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro), i will create a Disk and install OsX on my PC. But for now, from all apples i used, windows 7 offers a better experience than any of them...

  2. Comment - What is a Windows 7 upgrade, really?

    (Sep 16, 2009 - 1:31 AM)

I never care about upgrading options o windows, since Windows 2000 i reserve an partition (Now an 160 Gb HD) to windows alone, and i try to keep the max number of files away from the Windows HD, so i can clean install aways i feel i must.

About painfully long install time, in PC's it is a rule, look to hackintosh's, even havin an all compatible hardware, it takes time to be well done... maybe this is the main reason that apple don't care about entering the OS market, they have fear to not offer a good product.

  3. Comment - Why the Zune HD needs the Xbox 360

Poor integration is a result of the lack of imagination of the developers too... Think if you had a game like Empire: Total War, and you just started a game but has to go of, for the ones who played the game, it's a fact the the first turns are almost only management and strategies, so what about you managing your empire from a "tatical screen" on zune HD and then, when the game go into some of that High Detailed battles, or you use autoresolve or pause and wait until you get home to play it on XBox...

Integration is not just a question to microsoft, but to the developers too...

  4. Comment - Netbooks aren't a fad, but the U.S. still won't embrace Nokia Booklet 3G

    (Sep 3, 2009 - 3:51 AM)

I find some things weird when i read about US, i live in Brazil and i had aways bought my cellphones with no service, but some time ago i bought my N95-8Gb i got it with a contract, but just because it was free at the time. And i made everything i wanted from it, like turn it into a hotspot, or configure it to use SIP. When i first heard that US carriers don't allow these things (atleast the block it when they want) i wondered why the US customers allow it to happens.

Maybe Nokia failure in US is not due a mistake from nokia, but because the weirdness of the US market, just like in Japan.

Ow sh** i wll become a nazi!!! ;) rsrsrs... if is to dream, let's dream.. :D
