  1. Review - Paint.NET

    3.08 (Jun 2, 2007)

Not a bad program for free, it is a little past basic as it has some of the better features of a graphic software. It cannot be compared with Photoshop elements, PSP, PhotoImpact not on that level.

  2. Review - Spyware Doctor

    5.0.0.174 (Mar 27, 2007)

I am not too happy with the updated version. My firewall does not startup anymore. It also gave me a warning that my SpybotS&D is spyware because it does not recognize it correctly, lousy coding. Also looks like another resource hog. This was a solid product. Once again a company trying to do too much with a product. You would think they would learn from Symantec, Webroot of what not to do to their product.

  3. Review - Memtest86 for Windows

    3.3 (Mar 13, 2007)

Fore heaven sakes where did the Newbie come from that thinks memtest is a scam. It has been around since the late 90's. Some folks need to do some serious reading and application testing to gain some knowledge before they spout off.
It is a solid program and has worked well all the way back to windows 95.

  4. Review - Spyware Doctor

    5.0.0.169 Beta (Mar 9, 2007)

I have been using this program going on two years and I agree it is a resource hog for some. I have 3.5gb ram so no problem and it works great. My main complaint is the updates require input from the user each and every time which can sometimes be two or more times a day. I would rather it updated like spysweeper does, automatic.

  5. Review - Your Uninstaller!

    5.0.0.313 (Feb 3, 2007)

I have been using this program for three years and it only gets better. I have a hard time understanding those that think it has flaws. I realize each computer is different from one another, that being no two are the same; But this program is one of only a few I would rate as a five. When I wanted to get rid of Symantec I did not have to use their tools, this program flat wiped their files out. It is solid even going back to 2004 version which I use on and older machine.

  6. Comment - Schwarzenegger Vows to Fight Repeal of Violent Video Game Law

    5.0.0.313 (Aug 8, 2007 - 9:30 PM)

I get tired of the Gestapo mentality of this country. It used to be real free now we have too damn many politicians and do gooders trying to have us all in a little box of political correctness. One nice thing about getting old, won't be around to see these butt heads make a bigger mess of things than it currently is.
A game does not cause behavior problems, a child or adult without values and proper parental guidance upon growing up is the problem, DUH.

  7. Comment - Microsoft Launches Policy Offensive Against Google

    5.0.0.313 (Mar 6, 2007 - 8:39 PM)

Microsoft who brought us DRM so they can monitor our music and videos, must go hand in hand with RIAA, MPAA,and now more than likely The library of Congress so more money can be generated on this new venture for all business concerns and screw the average person at the same time.
If they have anything to do with it, I feel my pocket book getting cleaned out.

    Bill looks like he is upset and saying;
"Who put the Porn up on the screen"?

Balmer looks like he is saying "Dude this is one b****in program".

  9. Comment - It's Time: Windows Vista Goes Gold

    5.0.0.313 (Nov 8, 2006 - 10:32 PM)

Glad to hear it is released so the masses can continue the final beta testing phase, and than I will install it in about eighteen months after the first service patch, and no I am not joking, serious as can be. We all know what a problem a new OS can be regardless of final edition, and Microsoft's record on security aspects.

  10. Comment - Report: Serious Bug Delays Vista RTM

    5.0.0.313 (Oct 26, 2006 - 4:02 PM)

I am always amazed by the number of people that have to have a new OS the day it is released. Most IT people do not install a new OS from 12-18 mo.after release. The public in it's haste to have it will do the final beta testing for all of us, and to that end I thank them. I will be loading Vista on approximately May 2008.
