  1. Review - Trillian

    3.1.12.0 (Nov 27, 2008)

Great application, however they need to be a little more proactive on bug fixes.

Also, this software DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY ADWARE. Betanews, please correct this. It's simply free'-ware".

  2. Review - Winamp 5 Full

    5.12 (Dec 9, 2005)

    jsc315,

That was an ignorant statement and rating. If you used the program you'd realize that it's a great player. Yes, it's owned now by AOL, but they have stayed true to the original program and are constantly updating it and fixing many bugfixes, making it faster and faster and better.

As long as they don't add usless code and garbage that AOL is notorious known for, making it useless, they get a 5. :)

  3. Review - jv16 PowerTools 2009

    1.5.1.289 Beta 2 (Jun 19, 2005)

The creator of this program actually created macecraft. JV (I can't spell his name) in jv16 stands for the creator's name.

  4. Review - Adium X

    0.82 (Jun 19, 2005)

Enough of the Trillian 3.x is "bloated" bashing garbage. Just because it's got Audio and Video capabilities like people where whining about for so long, doesn't make it "bloated". So enough already.

    Thank you

BTW: AdiumX rocks on Mac OSX. I also do belive a port for this to Windows would bring in some serious competition. :)

  6. Comment - UK family: Apple offered 'exploding iPod' hush money in exchange for refund

    72.14 WHQL Official (Aug 4, 2009 - 3:00 PM)

You're right he is rather annoying... rather that username is rather annoying...

I hardly ever comment because all it does is bash everyone, it's hard to have an opinion around 'Mr/Miss Gestapo' lurking around here.

  7. Comment - Microsoft: Vista SP2, Windows Server SP2 betas Thursday

    72.14 WHQL Official (Dec 2, 2008 - 11:35 PM)

I can see what he means... Vista was the first OS from MS to actually 'lock-down' the kernel and not allow low level calls to it. From what I understand, MS has gone furthur by building on top of this.

A lot of the rewrites that are in Windows 7 made it into SP2, and I was running the alpha, early beta, or whatever have you, and the system was running even more responsive. In short, I liked what I saw.

..of course anyone is more than welcome in correcting me if I am wrong or mistaken. :)

  10. Comment - Apple's rebuttal chides Microsoft for not saying the 'V' word

internetworld7, you do know that Snow Leopard is the equivalent to a "Second Edition" to Leopard right? Hence the name Leopard in it.
