  1. Review - Screenshot Captor

    2.76.01 (Nov 17, 2009)

Could not agree more with MJM, this is a wonderful program and my license also works in it. Good software from good people, you cannot go wrong with this one. This also works very well on windows 7 .

  2. Review - Microsoft Security Essentials

    1.0.1611.0 (Sep 29, 2009)

I like this program and it seems to work well with little notice. I have had it installed for a bit with no problem so far. Any software of this nature is going to have problems from time to time, no matter what anyone says. For those of you who find fault with anything Microsoft, then use another software, thats all. Some people cannot be pleased no matter what Microsoft does, so I ignore them. So far this is working just fine with no problems.... I will give it a 4 star rating, just in case... I do keep a open mind on things, I do not condemn things just because it is fun to do so.

  3. Review - ZoneAlarm Antivirus

    9.0.112.000 (Sep 23, 2009)

I use this on windows Vista Premium and I also used it on XP and I have never had a problem with it. It works well and does the job, so I have no idea why some of you have problems, perhaps you should learn how to isntall software or use a computer. This is excellent software and does well, I have used it for years.

  4. Review - ZoneAlarm Pro

    9.0.112.000 (Sep 23, 2009)

I use zone alarm with the antivirus as well and I have never had a problem, it has never slowed down my computer, bootup or not. So I have no idea why others have such problems. I like it and think it is one of the best. It does a good job in my estimation without any problems at all. Well none so far and I have used it for years.

  5. Review - Google Chrome for Windows

    4.0.201.1 Beta (Aug 18, 2009)

I tried this for the third time, does not load pages well at least for me, I do not like the layout at all, seems not complete to me. I removed it, until which time it works correctly.

  6. Comment - Sophos study suggests Windows 7 UAC's default setting is self-defeating

Ya imagine that, remarkable isn't it. But PC_Tool is correct....

  7. Comment - Sophos study suggests Windows 7 UAC's default setting is self-defeating

    4.0.201.1 Beta (Nov 11, 2009 - 9:03 AM)

It makes absolutely no difference at all how Microsoft makes a operating system or how secure they or anyone else thinks it is. There will always be someone out there in this big world of ours ready to prove that it can be broken. So if anyone thinks they are safe because their windows OS is the best, they are mistaken. When you run the internet you take the risk of these things happening and it will and there is not much we can about it. Your never 100% safe with any software, be it a OS or a antivirus or a firewall. Even still today, with my own customers they all seem to think, well I have the best OS or I have a anti virus and I am protected and when they do get a virus or some other bad thing, they simple do not understand that and the first thing I hear, is well, you made a mistake, I have a anti virus and I am protected. How wrong that is to believe.

If you have a computer, and your connected to the Internet, your NOT 100% safe and any OS, anti virus, firewall maker will tell you that. Nice isn't it.. :) Why you ask, because we have stupid ignorant people in this world that live only to hurt others and destroy their property...

  8. Comment - Windows 7: Vista without the crap

    4.0.201.1 Beta (Oct 27, 2009 - 7:53 PM)

True this, but this is true with all forums where you put dialog, there are those who feel their opinions are above and more important than God. Anyone who disagrees with them is quietly moved to the side as if they are fodder. But that is life, if your happy with what you have, the opinions here mean little, if not change it. you will always find forum bullies and know it all's in this kind of environment who feel they have to comment on every little detail on earth. Such is life......

  9. Comment - Broadcast radio one step closer to paying performers' royalties

    4.0.201.1 Beta (Oct 19, 2009 - 7:18 PM)

Well if this passes and it seems it will, you will see some radio stations go out of business. I think if it were not for the radio stations the music performers would have no audience at all unless they put on a tour. The radio stations do them a tremendous service playing there music.

We do not need more talk radio and the Rush Limbaugh rubbish, there are too many rude shock jocks on the air now. I like Music and I hope those most radio stations can survive, but, that remains to be seen.

Simply put, it all comes down to money and if you see radion stations go down due to this new high fee, you will see CD's go allot lower in sales due to the fact, no one has heard it before and what people do not hear, they do not buy.

  10. Comment - The Windows 7 launch: The cultural event of the entire afternoon

    4.0.201.1 Beta (Oct 19, 2009 - 7:03 PM)

Very well said and I too am waiting for Windows 7 as I am a little more than sick of Vista and I have only had it two months. I agree with "Artfuldodga" as what he said is true. I think Carmi is just a typical whiner that does not see anything good in anything!
