  1. Review - AdRem Free Remote Console

    3.7 (Mar 10, 2003)

I use AdRem Free Remote Console all the time. In fact, I suggest this console at all engagements that I work on. I love the product, and believe that it is the BEST remote console tool around for managing remote NetWare servers.

They work on the version 4.0 now, so if you want to be notified about the new release, register at http://www.adremsoft.com/freecon/index.php

  2. Review - AdRem Server Manager

    4.0 (Mar 10, 2003)

I hope it's not too much but I can't say enough
    good things about this product...
I am presently using Adrem Server manager to administer and maintain over 40 Novell servers. Adrem Server Manager is the single greatest tool that any Network Administrator could have in his toolbox. We use it to move directories and files between servers complete with all attributes and NetWare rights in one click. We can find files that are
locked open and release them in seconds.
One of the best tools of Adrem Server Manager is the "Quick Tasks" feature, we use it to automate many different server operations. We like to use Adrem Server Manager's "Quick Tasks" feature to automate the distribution of the anti-virus signature files to all of our servers in an emergency virus alert situation.
It's also a great tool for graphically monitoring the performance (CPU, memory, network performance) of our servers and we can identify potential problems immediately. If you like to work in a GUI environment then this is the
product for you, I don't know how I would get along without it. Every associate that I've introduced Adrem Server Manager to so far is using the product today. After seeing it's capabilities they just have to have it.

  3. Review - AdRem NetCrunch Premium

    2.2 (Mar 10, 2003)

Discovers and displays network maps in the best way I have ever seen. Clear and beautiful, no clutter or ugly icons you see in other products. I love the alerting feature, so useful in my job.
Also, I'm also compelled to mention that the NetCrunch user interface is simply gorgeous - beautiful to see and use. Very nice work.

  4. Review - AdRem sfConsole

    5.0 (Mar 10, 2003)

I've been playing with sfConsole this weekend. It's fast and much more featured than Novell's rconj. I'm really liking it...did some remote stuff from the office to my home server. Soooo fast and functional. SF client can be used without the Novell client, and the web interface is so fast! As the Brits would say, "brilliant!"
