7.01 (Aug 28, 2008)
There are two versions available to download - the shareware version and the toolbar freeware version. I downloaded the toolbar version, but it installed the shareware version I believe, odd. Either way, fairly good selection of radio and TV here, and it is catagorized very nicely as well. Don't know about spyware of adware, that might be the only sticking point. But at this point I'd give it a solid 4 or so, maybe a high 3 due to some small interface issues.
2.0.0.32 (May 27, 2007)
First of all, just because the newer release is now shareware - doesn't make the firewall garbage. In fact, Jetico is always ranked in the top 1 or 2 spots right alongside Comodo, so all this talk about Jetico being "junk" is junk.
Second, Jetico comes with a far better set of default rules than Comodo and other firewalls, so its all really a matter of perspective.
I don't see any point in bashing a program because it went from free to shareware. $29.95 or whatever they are charging for it is hardly alot of money, especially considering how important security is these days. If people are happy with Jetico over say Comodo or Look 'n' Stop or some other firewall, let them be happy with it.
5.0 (Jun 13, 2004)
The english version of 5.0 only just came out within the past month or so. The Chinese version has been out since late last year I believe.
FoxMail is one of the best email clients around. Looks good, it's fast, has a ton of features and best of all, NO bloat.
0.92 Beta (Sep 19, 2003)
BigWillie I don't know what you read or where you read it but Skype has no spyware or adware at all (right now anyways)
The program itself is damn good, the voice quality is superior to most VoIP apps, I'd say it rivals e4 Chat and Ventrilo very nicely.

Great job for a first release. Yes it's buggy but it does what it says it does. It does connect to gnutella, but that's ok really. As for it being freeware, it is freeware, if you read the sign up page, it asks for your E-mail so you get sent a FREE Serial Number to register the program.

I think AOL lets Nullsoft put it's stuff out. I mean, seriously the same thing happened with Gnutella, and NO ONE from Nullsoft got fired or anything. Now WASTE, and yet again nothing happens. AOL is sneaky like that me thinks heh.
