  1. Review - NewsBin Pro for Windows NT/2000/XP

    3.31 Beta 2 Build 2406 (Feb 16, 2001)

Does this support multiple servers? And not just a list of servers where you have to check one after the other, I mean where it will scan all servers you specify and then combine the message lists into a single one, having removed duplicates and collected any parts available from different servers? I have found that TronTech's NewsGrabber is the only newsreader available today that can do that!

  2. Review - Gamester

    1.0 (Feb 11, 2001)

''How many times did you have to run second (and even third!) instance of Explorer to manage files?'' Um.., Yes, that's exactly what works now, and for FREE too! hahaha

  3. Review - PicturesToExe Deluxe

    3.30 Beta 3 (Dec 8, 2000)

This may be convenient for newbie idiots, who don't know an image file from a text file and would just have to run the .exe. BUT.. what a way to spread more viruses, eh? Even if one of the .exe's did come from a trusted source, it's still a little disturbing having to run an .exe just to view a bunch of pics. Power-users will probably hate this thing. :)

  4. Review - PopUp Killer

    1.7 Build 135 (Nov 9, 2000)

The program was fine but 'guest' just friggin sucks. Give me a break, 'guest' still hasn't caught up to the 1993 Mac for interface, and 'guest' is buggy as hell. Not to mention 'guest' is a total friggin pig, spewing memory all over the place. Crap..'guest' is just utter crap. 'guest' is switching to Linux cause 'guest' just freaking sucks. No more chances, 'guest' has burned us one too many times. adios 'guest'

  5. Review - Net Vampire Pro

    4.0 Beta (Oct 31, 2000)

Oh, poor, once-capable NetVampire... This used to be a great free downloader, although being made with Delphi makes it a b**** sometimes (legendary "memory access" or whatever dialogs, for example). But now, it has gone adware. Pity.

  6. Comment - Commentary: Why Napster Isn't That Big of a Deal

    4.0 Beta (Feb 15, 2001 - 5:28 PM)

Yep.. those record companies sure work hard making a $3 cd cost $15+. HA

  9. Comment - MS Files Final Papers in Antitrust Case

    4.0 Beta (Feb 5, 2001 - 1:54 AM)

Oh come on people. So what if IE can or can't be removed from Windows. You can still use anything you damn well want instead. Just don't complain about how much crappier the alternatives are just because those developers can't code for s***. heh

  10. Comment - BIND Flaw Could Lead to DNS Problems

    4.0 Beta (Jan 30, 2001 - 6:25 PM)

Maybe the whole net will be brought down someday... Then the stupid attacker hackers will have nothing else to do! hahaha
