  1. Review - cFosSpeed

    4.53 Build 1527 Beta (Jul 8, 2009)

Domket: How so? Peer-to-peer doesn't mean ILLEGAL, there are tons of LEGAL torrents like for Linux distributions or demos for games and even the WoW downloader works with a sort of torrent-client.

So, what you're saying is not true.

It let's you prioritize certain software for example:
I want to download but I want to play World of Warcraft without too much lag, this is where CFOSSpeed comes into play, it gives WoW high priority and downloading programs low priority.

You can setup your own rules regarding this, this is just an example of what you are able to do with this program.

  2. Review - Mozilla Firefox (v3.5) for Windows

    3.5 RC1 (Jun 17, 2009)

lol, Roy that's like saying "Make Windows vista applications work on Windows 3.1"

Ofcourse new versions of Firefox will BREAK addons, if you have problems with that use the older versions or tell the addon-developers to come off their lazy asses and update their addon.

Furthermore 3.5 RC1 seems to be a hell of a improvement over 3.0.1

  3. Review - AntiVir Personal Edition for Windows

    9.0.0.394 (Apr 27, 2009)

Nice Antivirus, but... latest build hangs while scanning? It's still responsive but doesn't continue -_-

  4. Review - Mozilla Firefox for Windows (v3)

    3.0.9 (Apr 21, 2009)

    mjm01010101:
There are several reasons for software to not work properly on some systems.

    For example:
    - Too many processes running
    - P2P downloading
    - Spyware/viruses
    - Computer configuration messed up

Vista is a hog itself unless you tweak it down like I did.
Performance-wise 64-bit SHOULD run faster most of the time but we're talking about a webbrowser not Crysis.

64-bit Vista and XP have crap hardware and software support sooo I rather wait a few OS'es before switching over.

  5. Review - Tor for Windows

    0.2.1.14 RC (Apr 19, 2009)

The idea of this program is nice but what if any of the nodes confiscate the data raw on his computer and decodes it later you simply don't have any idea what people are doing with the data you're relaying with TOR.

    Tor:
    You -> Router(node1) -> Router(node2) -> Router(node3) -> Destination
even if Node 1 & 2 get only "encrypted" data, number 3 will have to decode it before sending it to the destination because else the connection will not be made.

    Proxy
    You -> Proxy -> Destination

Actually the same idea but without all the nodes in between.

  7. Comment - Nintendo: Be Careful With That Wiimote

    0.2.1.14 RC (Dec 9, 2006 - 12:19 PM)

bulls*** to you all, how the hell can you throw something that isn't even heavy at all... through plastic?! and through a TV?!?!?! do you guys have superpowers or something, to me it would seem that the controller would break before the tv does but that's just me.

  8. Comment - Nintendo: Be Careful With That Wiimote

    0.2.1.14 RC (Dec 8, 2006 - 6:21 PM)

AaronDobbins: All the things seems purposely, how the hell can you destroy your PDA??!?! .... It seems they slammed it in or put the controller in a hole that was caused by something else ... like the first pic...

I've hold the controller and the weight, there is no way you can throw it through hard plastic -_-

Either they're trying to be funny by creating hoaxes, or they're trying to get their stuff repaired and maybe some money back.

  9. Comment - Nintendo: Be Careful With That Wiimote

    0.2.1.14 RC (Dec 8, 2006 - 8:32 AM)

I am guessing they're all AMERICAN
I am guessing they have it all insuranced
I am guessing they all used extreme violence to break the strap or didn't have the strap on
I am guessing they purposely aimed at stuff in their homes

I am guessing they are after lawsuits to get moar money

  10. Comment - PS3 Sales in Japan Fall 49 Percent

    0.2.1.14 RC (Dec 4, 2006 - 6:40 PM)

High res + bad broadcast = crap quality
High res + bad encode = crap quality

It doesn't really matter what the size is, the encoding process and the broadcast quality do.
