    Eastern Europe is definitely capable of fostering its own Silicon Valley. As an owner of a software company in Bulgaria, and a professional programmer who spent many years studying and working in the US, I am now happy to discover that there is a great pool of world-class knowledgeable and qualified IT experts in Bulgaria.
    I would also like to see more colleagues in this field return back to their home countries in Eastern Europe and contribute to the development of IT technologies and software products.
