   This new release only uses around 20% cpu and 15,000k mem max on startup and then steadies down to 14%cpu 7,500k ram usage after startup on my box setup...p3 866mhz 128mb pc133mhz sdram.

   on top off that you can ad single ip to ip ranges of ips/ursls to block certaint sites and or even block sites that snbag your info or try to install spyware/adware onto your system..
   PG also comes with great IP tools and a IP manager..great lil freeware prog!

   just for u..since u have trillian...but most likely the other person your chatting to doesnt have trillian...but if both users have trillian then yes..it doesnt make a differance..but whatsa the luck of all your contacks having trillian or another similar app like gaim, miranda and what not???
