  1. Review - Adds for Outlook

    2.4 (Sep 15, 2005)

1.) Why do I need to play MP3s from my outlook?
2.) Outlook allready supports minimize to tray.
3.) Alarm clock may be useful, but i don't need it in outlook.

$10.00 for this seems a waste, I wouldn't even download it for free. ;(

The last message sounds like a review by the creator. :)

  3. Review - Highlight

    2.2-9 (Feb 28, 2005)

I tried this on a bunch of different languages and it worked great. Creating a Style Sheet looks like a pain in the butt, and the GUI is not quite that intuitive. The program does what it says. I see alot of potential to what this program can do... possibly auto create API Modules? ;)

  5. Review - Startup Control Panel

    2.8 (Sep 14, 2004)

http you are one picky person.. let me explain. :)
    ---------------------------------

"If you disable a startup shortcut, and then re-enable it, it can cause serious hassles with some software, if that software *needed* a "start in" folder defined for it."

-- Any program you download is going to have this issue, its a bad design in WordFlash, not Startup control Panel. So look at the other software you have, thats the crap you use. :)
    ---------------------------------

"Startup Control Panel doesn't even remember shortcut icon settings, so if you pointed it to a custom icon, well, too bad: Disable and enable it, and it's lost."

-- Again, no other program does this either.. And one thing, why do you care so much about a an icon that you had to go out of the way to change anyway. Startup Control Panel again, does what it is spossed to do, and something it is not spossed to do is cosmetics on your machine. Your too anal.
    ---------------------------------

"And I agree that the inability to see all startup entries on one page is a "design issue". Even if you like seeing them one tab at a time, you should have the *OPTION* of seeing them all at once. Lack of flexibility = DESIGN ISSUE."

-- Its Mike Lins program, if you dont like the design it doesn't mean its an issue with the program. I say it again, the program does what its spossed to do. Your too anal.
    ---------------------------------

"As for not liking installers, well Startup Control Panel 2.8 has one--and it's a bad one. You can't even see beforehand (nor afterward) WHERE the files get installed. You just click "Install" and hope for the best. And I don't see Startup Control Panel anywhere in my Add/Remove programs list--but that's because it didn't add an Add/Remove entry. [Note: I know how to RUN Startup Control Panel; I am complaining that it has an installer of sorts, but no uninstaller. You can't simply uninstall it through Control Panel. Please have a clue before attempting to contradict me.]"

-- There is a version without an insaller if you go to his site. No need to get all anal about it, it looks like your the one who has no clue. :)

    Yeah, it is great stuff.

  6. Comment - Firefox Hits 50 Million Downloads

    2.8 (Apr 30, 2005 - 12:07 PM)

I downloaded firefox about 5 times. Every time i use it for a day and un-install it because I really think it is not that great a browser. Not to mention to upgrade to a new version of firefox is a new download count, which makes the stat bogus. Firefox doesn't show the css styles for links which is rather annoying. It takes about 10 full secods to start up for the first time, which IE never took. I simply use a wrapper for IE (Maxthon) and find it quite ok.
