  1. Review - PowerTools Pro for AOL

    12.0.36 (Nov 2, 2005)

this programs time has come and gone. it also does not fix the bugs it claims it fixes. time to pack it in bps because powerdrools is obsolete now. alos "oneshagadelicelf" = "bps rocky" = bps volunteer and an admitted homo at that, yuck! sad that bps has to enlist its staff to sing its praises.

  2. Review - WeatherMan

    1.0.9 (Oct 25, 2005)

Finally, someone who actually uses an authorized xml feed with twc's permission and a program I feel good about using without violating any copyright laws. Kudos to you sir, well done! I'd like to make a suggestion. I see no skins support even tho I can change the colors around (i especially like the day/night color options). Any chance for skins in a newer version? Or even the ability to add background textures? Again, great job! I look forward to using your program and new features for new versions. - Pixel

  3. Review - Weather Pulse

    2.05 Build 25 Beta (Sep 26, 2005)

It gets a bad review because it sucks. Flopix says he had permission from twc to use their data, but that is a flat out lie because the program does not adhere to a single requirement laid out by twc's sdk. Sorry, but I don't trust any developer who steals data and lies about. I found a much better weather program that does have permission from twc, looks better and runs better. email me for the address.

    0.2.0012 Beta 2 (Jul 10, 2005)

    Two things

    1) It is a violating of the AIM License Agreement to tamper with and alter the files this program tampers with...not that any of you kiddies care. What's one more felony anyway? :)

    2) Programs like this are on their way out. The new AIM "Triton" does everything these hacks do, and do it right. Within the next year there will be no need for these sorry excuses for programs...as if there is a need for one now.

Like every other AIM hack, this gets a big fat 1 rating.
    -----------
For those b****ing and complaining about giving this POS a bad rating, it's because it alters AIM installed files. One program altering another programs files, well, that was once considered virus like activity. You dolts have no idea how easy it is for this knucklehead to steal info off your computer with what he does. If you get burned, then good, you deserve it for being such an unintelligent chimp.

  6. Comment - New UI Highlights Changes in Office 12

    0.2.0012 Beta 2 (Sep 13, 2005 - 9:22 PM)

Jeez, does anyone remember when UI were simple and easy to use? One will need a college degree just to get around this bloated thing. People seem to think big bloated "pretty" interfaces are the big thing. Well, they are not. Less is more. Keep it simple, stupid.

  7. Comment - Synthesizer Pioneer Moog Dies at 71

    0.2.0012 Beta 2 (Aug 22, 2005 - 6:48 PM)

The Doors most certainly did *not* use a Moog, well...prominately. It made an early appearance in Strange Days, but for the majority Ray Manzerek used a Vox Continental organ and a Fender Rhodes piano bass.

A good example of a Moog in action...the bass riff in ELO's Turn to Stone.
