@ScottNY845:
Honestly, I cannot comprehend why you are telling people that that Firefox-addon is better than Website-Watcher. Update Scanner is a nice addon for Firefox, but it's lightyears away from a full-fledged software like Website-Watcher. Everyone can tell that after five minutes of comparing. I monitor about 100 totally different website with it. And I don't wanna ever miss it. 5 Stars!!
0.2.2 (Jul 11, 2008)
Very nice software!
I think there's no point in complaining about it's bugs at such an early stage. I mean: It's at Version 0.2.2 and is doing it's job already that good! If you look at its website you'll see that the author is well aware of the bugs and is steadily fixing them. So one can only imagine how great it will work, once the higher revisions and versions are coming.
I'm using it on Vista Ultimate and for me there are (despite the known bugs) no differences between its rendering and the rendering of the different Internet Explorers I have on my virtual machines.
And mind you: I'm a web developer and I'm using it in an important project that heavily relies on state-of-the-art CSS and Javascript ( Dojo Toolkit, YAML[the CSS-Framework], Highslide JS, etc). And it gets its job done really well!
Two thumbs up.
