2. Comment - Microsoft Opens Windows Source Code

   This whole thing is realy starting to anoy me, a lot. Not that I like MS much (i still use it though). But how the EU got their big heads to belive that they can force MS to make windows open source is beyond me.
   MS made this OS and have the right to do what ever they want with it. I havent heard the EU trying to do this with any other company.
   Would they make General Motors to give out blueprints of theyr cars so that people can make better seats for them... no cus you can do it just fine without it.
   People have made programs for windows a long time now, and done it just fine without the help from MS. And also in many cases if a company is serious MS will even help them with makeing the program run better with windows.
   Also Microsoft spends a lot of resources on makeing windows a very easy OS to make programs for. They ha tons of DLL files that come with XP so that it will work with programs, and they have developed good standardized platforms for makeing databeses for use with windows.
   What it all comes down too is that the EU doesnt like MS fighting back at them and not just saying "sure honey".
