    Your question is: I didn't understand the meaning the latest upgrade. What is locales? Can anybody tell me? But anyways great plugin.
    Your answer is: A locale is the translated interface of the program. In other words, if you don't have a supported language into the program and speak only english, the previous version shows the program in German instead of the English file.
    I know beacuse I'm the italian translator.
