   duh, why would dell and intel accountants say they where true, that would mean the law suit would succed, they would have to pay millions or billions of dollars, they would lose customers, and there stock prices would drop. i bet they realy did it and they just want to cover it up so that stock rises and they save money, that proves there fat greedy pigs that care only about money of themselves and not others.
