  1. Review - The KMPlayer

    2.9.4.1436 (Oct 30, 2009)

    It was a solid player until 2.9.3.14.28, then that **@ing company Pandora TV gradually ruined this app. it became more an more unstable, it have problems to associate/dissociate file types, it crash often playing HD files, it have focus problems when starts...
    The only good thing in v2.9.4 is the update of some codecs but nothing more.
    It was such a great program and had so many features pending like internal full support for ssa subs, ability to change font size in subs, improve support for TV and HDTV, improve the file navigator... but now is constantly worsening, with each version you get new bugs, and although is optional the installer comes with an option to install a crappy toolbar.

  2. Review - PDF-XChange Viewer

    2.0.42.5 (Oct 20, 2009)

    Excellent pdf reader, the only thing why I keep foxit as my default pdf viewer is that it has a smoother scrolling, with PDF-XChange when you scroll a document the fonts shakes to much and it produce a very annoying sensation to the sight.

  3. Review - Opera for Windows (Beta)

    10.10 Build 1767 Beta (Sep 6, 2009)

    The only annoying thing that I found in Opera 10 is that the progress bar on youtube's videos doesn't represent the loading/caching of the video but only the playing, meaning that if you pause a video you cannot realize when the video is completely loaded (at least not by seeing the progress bar). Also once the video is loaded the seeking is a bit odd. This didn't happen in v9.64 (neither in FF). Really sucks. I'll probably back to v9.64 since none of the new features (including the turbo) are very significant to me.

  4. Review - Opera for Windows (Beta)

    10.0 Build 1691 Beta (Aug 7, 2009)

    Pretty fast and full of features browser. Opera 10 certainly works better and faster than IE 6,7 & 8, and in my experience it beats FF in resource consumption.
    Now what I cannot understand is why some people gives Opera the lowest rate without reviewing it and instead they just exalt FF features, this is the wrong place to remark the goods of FF, go to FF thread/review for that, here is for judge Opera for its features and functionality. Do you think that it deserves 1 star?, well then say why, make a good description of your experience with Opera and present valid points for such low rate. I mean the fact that some people finds FF better than Opera doesn't mean that Opera is a bad browser. Appeal to that lonely neuron an try to be objective people.

  5. Review - TagScanner

    5.1.547 Beta (Jul 22, 2009)

    Excelent, I love the new field mixer, the file filtering and the renewed list maker, best program of its kind.
    @Dana1
    It comes with a very complete help file, just press F1 like in any other aplication and you'll see it ;)
