cFosSpeed does much like what D-Link's GamerLounge Routers with GameFuel technology do with the traffic shaping and packet prioritization. It works wonders.
1.3.5 (May 15, 2006)
A lot of nice features, which work well for what they are designed to do. I like the ability to see icons where all the earthquakes have been over the last 7 days, and find out their location beneath the surface, magnitude, etc.
World Wind is good for scientific, educational and research purposes. For driving directions, local information, geocaching, exploring and other recreational activities, I'm going to stick with the solid, great-performing Google Earth.

Works fine for me so far, but I really hope this software is written better than the MySpace site itself. The code always breaks, and it always has, especially in its infancy. I've lost count of the number of times I've seen "An error has occurred. This has been sent to the troubleshooting team." or whatever the message is.
I have to say, it is nice that there is a message which shows up next to the names of people on your friends list that have the messenger.
The "add all [friends] on page" option doesn't work correctly for me; it always "forgets" one or two people on my list, and I can't figure out which ones aren't being added because I don't want to go catalog or review them one-by-one.

I like blue.

Whatever Comcast representative you talked to (if you DID talk to one) to set up your service, well...they can basically give you whatever you want for whatever price they want to give you. The guy I talked to gave me every channel EXCEPT the Showtime and TMC tiers, plus 8Mb/768Kb internet (although the download speeds reflect a 12Mb connection...mmm) for $110/mo including taxes and other fees. A friend of mine gets everything Comcast offers, including the premium VOD content for about $90/mo.
Oh by the way, it's illegal for your apartment building to discriminate against satellite or OTA broadcasts. If they don't allow it because they don't want dishes seen on the walls or roof, well, they HAVE to allow it. It is teh laaaw.

Uh...every HD program I've watched on Comcast shows up as being in 5.1 on my receiver. Plus, I can hear it. So, your claim that Comcast broadcasts HD in stereo is entirely false.
I feel weird defending Comcast though...I absolutely hate them.

Sirius sounds like good-quality 96kbit MP3 to me, but XM sounds like 128kbit. XM also has a few HD surround channels, which are more like 192kbit.
Depends on the channel, too. Some channels are more heavily compressed, such as news and sports since they are mainly voice only.
Sirius reception sucks compared to XM by the way. :P
I'm sticking with commercial free. Besides, HD FM receivers cost MORE than a satellite receiver. O_o
Anyone know if there's a list of stations broadcasting in HD?

So don't get them. I enjoy my toys.
