  1. Review - TheWorld Browser for Windows 2000/XP/Vista

    2.4.0.9 (Apr 14, 2009)

This application's description is just begging to be featured over at engrishfunny.com -- I'm giving this one a 5 because "if a web page's browser window is out of response, the other windows will not be infected."

  2. Review - PDFCreator

    0.8.1 RC8 (Sep 8, 2005)

RC8 was released on July 28, 2005. Not sure why it's appearing here now. Nonetheless, this is a highly recommended application. Little known fact: PDFCreator /also/ converts PDF files (or more accurately, anything printable) to jpg, tif, bmp, png and pcx image formats.

  3. Review - Burrrn

    1.14 Beta (Jul 18, 2005)

This is /the/ only app I will use for burning Audio CDs. Nothing does better to eliminate the gaps inbetween tracks that blend into eachother, especially from non-Űber-ized sources. If you're serious about the quality of your burned Audio CDs, there's no need to look anywhere else.

  4. Review - Microsoft San Fermín Desktop Theme

    1.0.0 (Jul 1, 2005)

What a waste. At least it's easily uninstallable.

NS /is/ an Open Source project at SourceForge. The developer has moved his website elsewhere due to SF.net's issues with the respose time of their web server(s).

Had you surfed to http://tinyurl.com/9xzlx, you would have easily disovered that the current version of NetServer ships with the following:

    Server versions :
    - Apache/2.0.53 mod_perl/1.99_16
    - Perl/v5.8.6
    - PHP/4.3.11
    - PHP/5.0.4
    - mod_ssl/2.0.53
    - OpenSSL/0.9.7e
    - MySQL 4.1.10a
    - hMailServer 3.4.1 (Build 86)
    - Filezilla Server 0.9.6a

Don't forget that NetServer is still early in the development stage. IMO, it's much easier to use than A2T and pretty much anything else out there. It ships with carefully chosen and up to date versions of some of the most influential open source applications. And it's less than 20MB to boot (as opposed to a2T's 78.5MB). If you don't like something about it, you should definitely consider posting in its forums -- your feedback is always welcome and will definitely influence what this project becomes.
