   Man thats one ugly screenshot they have posted above, the guy is using windows ugly default theme, and the skin for VLC is horrible. I think its great that VLC have support to NOT use skins, much cleaner design. Anyways this is one of the best players out there!

   A very simple notebook application. You have a nice easy access to the notes on the leftside. But i think its missing some features and the layout is not good, could definetly need some new icons.

   a very nice ftp-client, and its free! but i miss a couple of features and i dont like the layout, wish it was more customizable. Im not using it anymore, but its still good. try it out.

   This is one of the apps i cant live without. Searching with explorer or totalcommand takes a lot of time. Here you can find your file within a second. As i said, this is a must-have-application

   Yes this sounds like a application that could be really useful! I just installed it but closed it down after a few minutes and uninstalled it just because of the gui design! Im sorry to say this but this app looks really horrible. and yes design IS important.
