    It is about time the courts started geting this issue. What about the feds fight on terrorist. They can check anyones e mail without a search warrent. If they find something they have 3 days to get a search warrent. I think we have to stop terrorist, but not at the loss of freedoms we have. I am a retired Police officer and I can tell you we need checks and balances or the police in this country will become like those in 3rd world countrys. Tim P
