  1. Review - µTorrent for Windows

    1.8 Build 6838 Alpha (Dec 7, 2007)

BAM, nothing wrong with it. No spyware or anything. You guys must be reading s*** from 2006 when they had something that showed ads...which was then removed.

This is THE best torrent client there is, plain and simple. There's a reason it made the top level of the client lists.

  2. Review - Mozilla Firefox for Windows (v2)

    2.0.0.10 (Nov 27, 2007)

bigmama - You do realize that IE 7 hasn't had as many upgrades because...they are slower at giving them? Firefox gives out the fixes on a quick pace and has far less problems than IE 7; which I might add doesn't even have proper plugins which you don't pay for. IE 7 is also a system hog, even more so than Firefox.

  3. Review - Skype for Windows

    3.0.0.123 Beta (Nov 16, 2006)

    Personal Update: This s*** rocks.

Generally I'd say I love Skype, since it helps me talk to my girlfriend (long dist.) but I also was curious about this beta and did some research. This is what I found:

Skype 3.0 for Windows beta update

This one contains important fixes to last week’s beta and we recommend everyone running last week’s beta to upgrade to the new one.

UPDATE: this was available for a while today but we had to pull it since we got reports of some potentially pretty disastrous bugs. If you managed to download the update and it works for you, no need to worry, but for others, we’ll post another beta update when we have more info on this.

Love it. We use podcasts on it.

    Hello all,

As Europe has woken up to a new day and Asia is entering the evening hours, here’s the latest on the sign-on problem.

We’re on the road to recovery. Skype is stabilizing, but this process may continue throughout the day.

An encouraging number of users can now use Skype once again. We know we’re not out of the woods yet, but we are in better shape now than we were yesterday.

Finally, we’d like to dispel a couple of theories that we are still hearing. Neither Wednesday’s planned maintenance of our web-based payment services nor any form of attack was related to the current sign-on issues in any way.

We’ll update you again as soon as we can. Thanks for hanging tight."

  6. Comment - More Information Leaks About GDrive

Well I hope it does see the light of day, if not soon then before I have kids and die a painful death.
