I hate these things and hope it is an option, I don't think one friend should know personal 'stuff' about another friend automatically'
This is another invasion of privacy!

I have used Office since I got my first MS PC in 1995, it was such a deal after using rsdos (Radio Shack Dos)
I downloaded the beta of Outlook @ 1200baud dial up or something like that back in 97 and wondered what I got myself in to.
I bought every version since then and even after retiring I continue to do so.
MS only allows three computers to load Office and we have one desktop and 3 laptops for two people. (It depends on which mode of travel we use which laptop goes on holidays with us) With each new version, I now update the desktop and one laptop and rotate them keeping the desktop up to date.
NO WAY will I give up on Office for small business.
With a current history of 15 years worth of data there is no way we would even think of switching'
Heck the cost works out to less than $10 a month - I spill more scotch than that!

So? The service went down for a couple of hours a couple of times, not any worse than my other phones. What the heck does this have to do with security? My phone stopped for a bit, where was the security risk your talking about?
I couldn't be all RIM's fault, Rogers got my software fixed as soon as the Blackberry part was fixed.
It will take a lot more than this inconvenience to make me switch, I just kept checking my webmail'
Not a huge problem, just a situation.
