   Key word is, "allow them to do". Napster has NO part in the actual trading, they merely provide the transport.
   
   Should we sue our cities and have them shut down the streets because a robber got away in a car on a street?? That's what's happening to Napster.

   So if Napster and Scour pay royalty fees to share the files that would be Ok?? I think Napster even may have offered to do that at some point.
   
   I can see the RIAA will start to sue Joe on the corner for playing his boom box in public!! Someone might record the music from their open window!! Oh no!

   Yeah, I'm sure that artists and business men had to run everything by Joseph Stalin in the Soviet Union too. There's a word for group that try to stifle innovation in the market....Communists.
