8.0.0.430 Beta (Jul 9, 2008)
Back to Kaspersky for me after NOD32 let Virtumonde run wild on one of my machines. Eset really disappointed, not even adding the new virtumonde samples I sent them for another three weeks.
8.0.0.357 pre TR (Apr 30, 2008)
The new version is great. I'm not sure why you think it is spam since it is Betanews that keeps on adding the updates not Kaspersky.
0.8.1.b5 (Jul 6, 2007)
I don't see how it could be any more clear, it says Opera (and Opera logo) all over the place...
2.0 Beta 6c (Feb 15, 2007)
I suppose with the advent of companies like BayTSP now reporting IPs of anyone in a bittorrent swarm without connecting to each user, I can't say PG is that effective anymore.
2.1.0 Build 30 (Jan 24, 2007)
Quite an interesting concept, community based. It is has free detection, and free clean-up until your first infection. Thereafter, only detection is enabled. Seems to be pretty light on the system.
2.1.0 Build 30 (Nov 4, 2009 - 5:07 PM)
I wouldn't say the medical community has adopted the iPhone as much as it has the iTouch.
2.1.0 Build 30 (Jul 14, 2009 - 6:01 PM)
Google needs to buy Zoho. Their web apps are a lot better than Google Docs.
2.1.0 Build 30 (Jun 28, 2009 - 10:22 AM)
OneCare actually jumped by leaps and bounds ever since that failed test (2 years ago) when they started a hiring spree from the other security firms. Before they killed OneCare, it actually landed up as one of the top in the pro-active test from the same place that failed it the first time. http://www.av-comparatives.org
2.1.0 Build 30 (Dec 12, 2008 - 2:10 AM)
I'm going to take it removing "beta" more has to do with Google bundling their browser with OEMs than actually any philosophy change.
2.1.0 Build 30 (Nov 16, 2008 - 1:47 AM)
Who knows, but is is paying off for me. I've saved over $500 so far.
