  1. Review - muCommander for Windows

    0.8 Beta 3 (Mar 10, 2007)

Nothing but a rip off of Total Commander (formerly Windows Commander). The only difference is Total Commander has been around for somewhere around a DECADE. (Thats 10 years btw lol)

  2. Review - Altap Salamander Full

    2.5 RC1 (Sep 8, 2006)

it gets a 1 because its mothing more than a rip off of Total Commander which has been around *far* longer.

If Peter Norton had brought Norton Commander to windows, then yes, I'd agree its a rip off. But norton didnt, and someone had to, they did, and it wasn't Salamander Rip off Extraordinare. Not to mention Total Commander (formerly known as Windows Commander) has been available for the Windows platform for 10+ years.
    Nuff' said. . .

  3. Review - X-Plane for Windows

    7.15 (Oct 18, 2003)

I've been following Xplane since v5.x and not much at *all* has really changed.
Not to mention the problems with the author and his fleecing of his user base.

    FS2004 all the way.

  4. Review - foobar2000

Yep, Agon, it is still yo' Daddy!

    Foobar is king!

  5. Review - foobar2000

    0.7 (Sep 27, 2003)

Absolutely the best MP3 player on the market. Bar none.
I can play all the mp3s I want and still play games with ZERO performance hit. (Unlike Winamp which uses nearly 10% CPU and hits system performance quite noticably).

Ignore fools that do nothing but spread hate.

This player is the daddy. The End.

  6. Comment - Comcast's Offer for Outage: $1.43 a Day

    0.7 (Apr 18, 2005 - 9:59 AM)

I've been with Comcast in Sacramento, CA for 3 years, and this is the first time they've had any major problems. And even tho they've had these problems, adding a couple public DNS servers to my config solved the problem.

If you wanna leave comcast because of this weeks issues, go for it. Its more bandwidth for those of us that know how to use our computers without screaming like children when something doesn't work the way WE *think* it should.

Go change your diapers, cause $1.43 is all you're getting. In fact, its all you DESERVE.

  7. Comment - RIAA Target Fights Back Against ISP

Thank God for "other sources" besides P2P.

No sweat off my back. The RIAA can lick one.
