  3. Review - Google Pack

    Beta (Jan 9, 2006)

They give you the option to pick and chose which apps you want. Just pick the ones that you want/use and deselect the ones you don't. It gives you the option to make the selections on the download page.

  4. Review - RealPlayer for Windows

    10.5 Build 6.0.12.1235 (Jul 6, 2005)

This is nothing but bloatware. I will just stick with installing Real Alternative instead.

  5. Review - DeepBurner Free

    1.5.1.192 (Apr 4, 2005)

It's not true freeware, it is shareware. They have a freeware limited version. A true cd burning app is CDBurnerXP Pro.

  6. Comment - XM Loss Widens, Target of Federal Probe

    1.5.1.192 (Apr 27, 2006 - 2:58 PM)

I would never part with my Sirius

Why would I want an iPod when I have unlimited music on my Satelitte Radio?

  7. Comment - D-Link Preps First 802.11n Products

    1.5.1.192 (Apr 5, 2006 - 3:42 PM)

    Das Mod

From that same article from the link at PCWorld that you supplied..

"Certified 802.11n products likely won't appear until early 2007. When they do, it's possible that Belkin's equipment will be incompatible with the certified gear."

That article is from the January 2005 issue. It will be interesting to see if it is compatible once some starts doing some actual test with the pre-N stuff and the certified stuff.

  8. Comment - Netflix Wants Blockbuster Online Shut

    1.5.1.192 (Apr 5, 2006 - 3:28 PM)

I am a "frequent renter" at Netflix and never have to wait days or weeks before shipping. They always ship the same day that they receive. I drop a movie in the mail on Monday and have a new movie in my hands on Wednesday. When I was with Blockbuster, I would drop a movie in the mail on Monday and was lucky to have a new movie in my hands by Friday. The movie selection at Netflix puts Blockbuster's selection to shame.

  9. Comment - XM Passes 6.5 Million Subscribers

    1.5.1.192 (Apr 3, 2006 - 3:55 PM)

Some of the XM music channels do have ads, none of the Sirius music channels have ads. He is not "saying something that is not true"

You must not read this site regularly :)

  10. Comment - Netflix Quietly Adds HD DVD Rentals

    1.5.1.192 (Mar 14, 2006 - 11:11 AM)

Never gotten a shattered or broken disc here....
