    Both Sony and Toshiba are trying to release high definition, high capacity media technology much too soon to gain acceptance in the mass marketplace. This will result in heavy discounting of hardware and slow recovery of R & D Expenses.

    The Industry has yet to learn the lesson of the need to develop the synergies of synchronisation.

    Sony in particular has a history of getting carried away on wet dreams.
