    Wow. Absurd. $60 a year to do something you can do for $0 a year on your cell phone (if you have web service). If you don't have web service, apply the 60 bucks to get web service so you can do more with your money beside programming your TV (which you could do before you left your house).

    Obtaining a patent is far from greedy. They, along with copyrights, help protect and secure unique intellectual properties.
