   Are you sure this isn't really a scheme by a group of slick money loving lawyers looking for another way to bilk millions or billions of dollars from an American company. Strange that it was a New York Judge that initiated the investigation, guess where the class action lawyers in this case are located??? Don't get fooled again. They'll tell you it's for the protection of shareholders, but forget to mention their taking home 40% of the take.
   
   And for the AMD blackmail, ask yourself, why would you not sell AMD, there are a lot of dedicated AMD lover's, Dell should have been selling AMD along time ago, they lost marketshare because they waiting so long to do so.
